Try MessageDesk free for 14 days. You’ll pick a plan and add a card up front, and you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

  • Credit card required. You’ll need a card to create a MessageDesk account and to start your trial.

  • Messaging during trial: Works after carrier registration is complete.
  • At day 14: Billing begins on the plan you selected unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Cancel anytime during the 14 days and you won’t be charged.
Twilio BYOC users: If you connect existing Twilio numbers, you’re still exempt from carrier registration inside MessageDesk because Twilio handles it on their side. Twilio BYOC no longer includes a free-seat exemption. You’ll need a paid subscription with at least one user seat to connect Twilio numbers.

How your trial starts

Your 14-day trial begins once you select a plan and enter a credit card. You’ll hit this during signup, and again if you’re prompted while adding teammates or connecting phone lines.

Trial feature access

Your trial gives you the plan you picked, so what’s available depends on that choice.
Messaging & compliance: If you’re using a local (10DLC) or toll-free number, you’ll need to complete the carrier registration process before sending messages.
Trialing on Team but want to test Relays or Zapier? Those are Pro features, so a Team trial won’t include them. Switch plans in Billing, or contact sales before your 14 days run out. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

What happens when your trial ends

Open Billing

Go to your Account (user icon) → Billing.

Pick a plan

Click Choose a plan, compare options, and select the one that fits.

Confirm payment

Enter or confirm your payment method and confirm subscription.
Check the seat minimum before you pick. The Team plan bills a minimum of 3 user seats, so that’s what you’ll pay at day 14 even with a smaller team. Pro starts at 1 seat. See Pricing for the full plan comparison and what each tier includes.

If you do nothing

  • If you started a trial by selecting a plan and adding a card, billing will begin automatically for that plan at the end of your 14 days.
  • You can cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
To avoid charges: Cancel before your 14-day period ends.
